I primarily provide telehealth therapy however I do see patients in office in a limited capacity. My office is conveniently located in Aptos, in Santa Cruz County.

Phone Consultation - Free

Deciding to seek therapy is a significant step, and finding the right therapist can make all the difference. That's why I offer a complimentary phone consultation to potential clients – a chance for us to get to know each other better and see if we're a good fit. During this conversation, we'll discuss your goals, concerns, and what you're hoping to achieve through therapy. It's also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have about my approach, experience, or the therapeutic process itself.

Individual/Couple's Therapy (50 Minutes) - $150

At my practice, therapy sessions run for fifty minutes, whether online or in person. My aim is to make mental health support straightforward and accessible, so you can focus on your well-being rather than navigating complicated pricing structures. I currently accept cash or credit card payments. I offer a discount for teachers and police officers.

A Note About Insurance:

I am currently not contracted with any insurance panels and am therefore considered an out-of-network provider. I provide receipts for services which can be used for reimbursement for your insurance company. Often clients are able to utilize out of network options to cover the cost of therapy.

I offer a $5 discount for clients who pay for services in cash.
